We received an offer on Wednesday the 23rd of November, Countered on Friday the 25th and had the offer accepted on Saturday November the 26th. Wow, what a marathon, we were able to put the house on the market and have an offer within 10 days and have sale pending within 13 TOTAL.....How cool is that??
